Standard photography starts at $250 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft. Our most popular Premium package (photos, drone, and virtual twilight) is $425. Add $25 per additional 1,000 sq ft above 2,500.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes. Aerial/drone photos are available as a $100 add-on or included in our Premium and Luxury packages. Giuliano is an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot.
How fast is photo turnaround?
Standard photo delivery is within 24–48 hours. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
What areas do you serve?
Quality Pixels serves the Treasure Coast of Florida: Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jupiter, and Vero Beach.
Are you a licensed drone pilot?
Yes. Giuliano holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required for all commercial drone operations in the United States.
What is virtual twilight?
Virtual twilight transforms a daytime exterior photo into a stunning golden-hour or dusk image through professional editing. It costs a fraction of an on-site twilight shoot and delivers the same eye-catching curb appeal.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes. Virtual staging is $45 per image. We digitally furnish empty rooms so buyers can visualize the space — much more affordable than physical staging.
How do I book a shoot?

Do you offer discounts for new clients?
Yes! New clients receive 15% off their first listing. This applies to any à la carte service or package (does not stack with the Listing Partner Retainer).
Can you shoot video walkthroughs?
Absolutely. Our Cinematic Video Walkthrough service ($250) produces a professionally filmed and edited video tour of the property, perfect for social media and MLS.

Do you shoot condos and townhomes, or only single-family homes?
Yes. Quality Pixels photographs condos, townhomes, single-family homes, new construction, and multi-family properties throughout the Treasure Coast, FL. Pricing is based on square footage rather than property type.
What is the difference between virtual twilight and real twilight photography?
Virtual twilight ($125) is a digitally edited version of a daytime exterior photo made to look like dusk, while real twilight ($200) is shot on-site during actual golden hour with natural lighting. Quality Pixels offers both, with virtual twilight being the more budget-friendly option for the same visual effect.
Can I get same-day or rush real estate photos?
Standard delivery from Quality Pixels is 24-48 hours. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee — contact (786) 690-0329 to confirm same-day availability before booking.
How far in advance should I book a real estate photographer?
Quality Pixels typically schedules shoots within a few days of a booking request. For weekend or twilight time slots, booking 3-5 days ahead is recommended, especially during peak Treasure Coast listing season.
Do you photograph new construction homes?
Yes. Quality Pixels photographs new construction throughout Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, and the broader Treasure Coast, including builder model homes and spec homes, using the same Standard, Premium, and Luxury packages available for resale listings.
What size homes does your pricing cover?
Quality Pixels base pricing covers homes up to 2,500 square feet. For larger homes, add $25 per additional 1,000 square feet to any a la carte service or package price.
Do you offer floor plans separately from photography?
Yes. 2D floor plans are available for $75 as a standalone service or added to any photography package, giving buyers a clear view of room layout and dimensions before an in-person showing.
Is virtual staging noticeable to buyers, or does it look fake?
Quality Pixels virtual staging ($45 per image) uses realistic digital furniture rendering designed to look natural in listing photos. It is disclosed as virtual staging per MLS best practices, and costs a fraction of physical staging.
Do you offer package deals for real estate teams or brokerages?
Yes. The Quality Pixels Listing Partner Retainer is $1,450 per month for up to 4 listings, each shot at the Premium package level, saving agents and teams approximately 15% compared to booking individually.
What areas near Port St. Lucie and Stuart do you cover?
In addition to Port St. Lucie and Stuart directly, Quality Pixels covers the surrounding Treasure Coast, including Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, Jupiter, and Vero Beach. Contact Quality Pixels to confirm availability for locations outside these core service areas.
Do you provide MLS-ready image sizing and formatting?
Yes. All Quality Pixels photos are delivered edited and sized for direct upload to the MLS, brokerage websites, and social media, with no additional formatting required by the agent.
How do I prepare a vacant or empty listing for photos?
For vacant listings, Quality Pixels recommends turning on all lights, opening blinds, and clearing any construction debris or tools before the shoot. Virtual staging ($45 per image) can then be added afterward to furnish key rooms digitally.
Can I combine drone photography with a video walkthrough?
Yes. The Quality Pixels Luxury package ($699) combines drone aerial photography with a cinematic video walkthrough, standard photography, virtual twilight, and one virtual staging image in a single booking.
